  • Each person can have a private room with private bathroom. Each room has A/C & heating. Our Hotel in the heart of the ancient city of Assisi is known for their homemade food & endless kindness !!! You will be served a buffet breakfast and gourmet lunch as part of the retreat.
  • Special diets can also be accommodated.
  • This is your home during your stay.
  • We have created a beautiful sacred space where the grace of Assisi touches us deeply.

Daily Rhythm:   

8-8:30 am Breakfast

9:00 am Meditation

9:45 am Gentle Walk to Sacred sites with meditation on location

12:30 pm Lunch provided

3:00 pm Days fluctuate between personal time or a gentle walk to sacred site with meditation on location.

6:00 pm Meditation

6:45 pm Dinner on your own.
