• Each person can have a private room with private bathroom. Each room has A/C & heating. Our Hotel in the heart of the ancient city of Assisi is known for their homemade food & endless kindness !!! You will be served a buffet breakfast and gourmet lunch as part of the retreat.
• This is your home during your stay.

Daily Rhythm:   

8-8:30 am Breakfast

9:00 am Meditation

9:45 am Gentle Walk to Sacred sites with meditation on location

12:30 pm Lunch provided

3:00 pm Days fluctuate between personal time or a gentle walk to sacred site with meditation on location.

6:00 pm Meditation

6:45 pm Dinner on your own.

What is included:

• All retreats led in English
• Lodging Private room / Private bathroom.  A/C and heat, in a boutique Hotel in the heart of the old city of Assisi. 15 minute walk to most sacred sites from this central location.
• Shuttle service during the retreat to some sacred sites. 
• Two – three guided meditations daily
• One on one meditation guidance
• Four to six Guided Meditative Walks
• Daily Breakfast & Dinner
• Places you will visit:  Tomb of St Francis, Cathedral of St Clare, San Damiano & the olive trees, Eremo della Carceri (Mountain caves of St Francis),  Santa Maria delle Angeli, Birth place of St Francis and many many more.

• Additional Service: Spiritual Counseling 

Transport to Assisi from Rome FCO or Florence: Most guests take a train from the international airports. Takes about 3.5 hours after landing. See: www.TrenItalia.com for schedules. You buy your ticket at the train station and you do not need to pre-book trains.

Suggestion:  Arrive several days earlier in Italy.  It is possible to arrive a day early in Assisi  (you can order this upon registration) The retreat starts promptly at 4:30pm on the first day.  If you are flying out shortly after the retreat arrange to fly out on the Saturday after the retreat to give yourself a day to reach Rome on Friday at the retreat end.
